In BC, when a company is dissolved often for failing to file Annual Reports, property (most commonly land) reverts to the Crown/government because there is no owner who can legally hold it.
It varies, administrative restorations where there is no land that escheated can be restored quickly if the corporate record book is complete.
If there is land that has escheated we typically request a consent order from the Attorney General and it depends on their workload.
A Ministerial Order is made by the Attorney General to transfer escheated land to someone (or entity) with a moral or legal claim to the land.
